ABOUT REFORGED

At the Reforged project we understand the importance on working on improving our mental health and confidence with our physical exercise programmes. We want to create and maintain lifelong  positive habits and discipline focused on achieving results. This is a journey not just a 6 week programme, we will 'reforge' you by introducing new processes into your training that will work on your mental health and confidence.

WHY REFORGED?

At the Reforgedproject our coaches have achieved Msc level qualifications specialising in the psychology and physiology of exercise.  We understand how to use the many training methods and techniques to benefit health and wellbeing in and outside of the gym.

WHY THIS APPROACH?

Mental wellbeing is the most important factor to long term physical wellbeing. if your mind doesn't want to exercise your body will suffer. We want to avoid the cycle of bad mental wellbeing affecting commitment to an exercise programme, this is why we work on both together to achieve long lasting success.
