ABOUT REFORGED

At the Reforgedproject we understand the importance on working on not only our physical health but focus on improving our mental health and confidence as a key focus. We want to create lifelong habits and discipline that will not fade away after a few months. This is a journey not just a 6 week programme, we will reforge your foundations by breaking down bad habits and replacing them with positive actions and consitency.

WHY REFORGED?

At the Reforgedproject our caoches have achieved Msc level qualifications specialising in the psychology and physiology of exercise. With this along with a decade of experience we know and understand how to implement practices during training that will benefit health and wellbeing as a whole concept.

WHY THIS APPROACH?

With time we have began to highlight the importance of mental wellbeing as one, if not the most important factor to physical wellbeing. As the mind flows the body goes, meaning if your mind is not clear your body will follow. We increase confidence as a whole and life long participation in exercise through discipline and consistency.
